Uniquely engineered to help prevent infill splash-out, the Shaw Sportexe PowerBlade® Spike Zone® is a blended fiber system comprised of a monofilament fiber and a nylon thatch layer of fibers. The unique soft diamond cross-section and special polymer formulation of the monofilament fiber creates an amazingly soft and resilient playing surface that excels in overall playing performance characteristics and durability. The nylon thatch zone creates a matrix of protection that minimizes the movement of the infill. Infill is held in place reducing overall migration to other areas of the field. This helps protect against inconsistent and unsafe artificial turf playing surfaces. The system is available in three different configurations, 2.0, 2.25 and 2.5.

PowerBlade SZ 2.0 has a 2” pile-height and is perfect for sports where ball control is essential.

PowerBlade SZ 2.25 has a 2.25” pile-height and offers an optimal level of shock attenuation for contact sports.

PowerBlade SZ 2.5 has a 2.5” pile-height and provides a firm, yet safe surface for maximum performance.
